Stockholm, Sweden—January 18, 2017—Atatiki´s Board of Directors today announced that Fredi Hedenberg has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, and the Board has named Magnus Schmiedtke, previously managing the Nordic countries for Filemaker Inc, an Apple owned company, as the company’s new CEO. Hedenberg has been elected Chairman of the Board and Schmiedtke will join the Board, effective February 1.
“Fredi’s extraordinary entrepreneurship and vision has guided Atatiki to its present position as a very competent, fast growing technology company,” said Ulf Bengtsson, on behalf of Atatiki’s Board. “In his new role as Chairman of the Board, Fredi will continue to serve Atatiki focusing on creating value and partnerships outside of Sweden.”
